After a little miscommunication between the liaison reception staff to my self and between the Company the repair expert, Kevin, ( who arrived within the prescribed 1hr slot) the job was assessed, quoted for, negotiated, agreed, and done on the same morning! Quick, polite & helpful. Only found site yesterday, booked 10-2 appointment for today & got a phone call 1 hour before checking I'm available & giving me name of engineer. Engineer turned up, lovely guy. Got in quick, told me what's wrong & office quoted & repaired all within 1 hour. Excellent service & Peter a lovely guy
The engineer was knowledgeable, polite and punctual. He gave constructive advice and suggested possible solutions. Measurements were taken and a quotation received from the office shortly afterwards.
